Invisalign

Invisalign uses clear, custom-fitted aligners to straighten teeth discreetly, offering a removable alternative to traditional braces.

What is Invisalign?

At Whiteline Dental Clinic, we offer Invisalign as a modern, effective solution for straightening teeth and achieving a beautiful smile. Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gently shift your teeth into the desired position without the need for traditional metal braces.

The treatment begins with a thorough consultation, where our experienced orthodontists assess your dental alignment and discuss your goals. We utilize advanced 3D imaging technology to create a personalized treatment plan, mapping out the exact movements of your teeth over time.

Patients receive a series of aligners, which they wear for about 20 to 22 hours daily, changing to the next set every one to two weeks. Regular follow-up appointments ensure progress is on track and adjustments are made as needed.

Invisalign offers comfort, aesthetics, and convenience, allowing you to maintain your lifestyle while effectively achieving a straighter, healthier smile. Our commitment to patient care ensures an exceptional experience throughout the process.

Commonly Asked Questions

Questions that we are asked frequently

In this section are some of the most common questions we're asked about Invisalign, as well as some helpful tips for the overall wellbeing of your teeth.

Invisalign aligners move teeth with an appropriate placement of controlled movement on the teeth. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign not only controls the amount of movement per aligner, but also the timing of the movement. This results in an efficient force delivery system that moves teeth into the desired position.

Very discreet, whilst Invisalign aligners aren’t completely invisible they are very inconspicuous. In most cases you’ll be able to have conversation with family and friend without them even noticing you are wearing aligners.

The vast majority of our patients report no effect on speech. However, as with traditional orthodontic appliances, there is an initial adjustment period associated with having something new in the mouth. You may have a slight lisp at first, but you’ll quickly get used to your aligners and should be talking clearly and confidently within a few days.

Every patient is different depending on the treatment plan developed by our doctors. Generally we give you an estimate on how long treatment will last, but variables such as how well your teeth respond may affect the timeline. Most people can expect to wear the aligners for 12-18 months.

there are three different types of dental bridges available: traditional fixed bridges, resin bonded bridges and cantilever bridges. The patient’s needs will determine which type of dental bridge will be used.
